Restricted Purposes
When you use any of Midway Stations Services, you acknowledge that are not permitted to:
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services (jailbreaking, ripping files, etc.).
- Break any of the terms set out in the TOS, Copyright, Content Ownership, Use and Modifications Section.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses or any type of malware, or information collection mechanism, including 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten others, or any of our employees engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion/discretion, us and/or the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use our services transmit any material by any form that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of any property by any form.
- Use our services to transmit any material by any form that harasses anyone by any means.
- Use our services for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities or purposes.
- Submit any Objectionable content by any form or medium to our services and we reserve the right to moderate our services and decide to permit or terminate any service without refund for any content that can be found objectionable. Content that can be found objectionable, includes but is not limited to, sexually explicit materials; obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity, content that infringes upon any rights of a third party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other property), or deceptive and fraudulent, content that promotes the use and or sale of illegal or regulated substances (including but not limited to tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms), gambling (including but not limited to casino, poker). Any content found as objectionable at our discretion is subject to termination without refund. You can report objectionable content in our Discord Server.
- Any actions or activity that may affect the ability of other customers to use their services, will be investigated.
- Conduct any fraudulent activity on our services.
We reserve the right to cooperate with the appropriate authorities regarding aforementioned matters.
Accounts/members found to be in violation (at our discretion) of any of the above are subject to cancellation and revocation of services and download access (at our discretion).
How To Report Abuse
Violations can be reported by emailing us or opening a ticket in our Discord and should include detailed information about the members, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots. If you need a secure file transfer, let us know and we will send you a link. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account.
